Director’s story
After studying Law at University, Dee decided that she wanted to something different using the skills she’d formed whilst studying. She enjoyed employment law, mooting and negotiation and always loved business which was a great fit for recruitment. After working in two separate recruitment businesses Dee felt that she learnt a lot but wanted something of her own, something that she could put her stamp on and do something a little different.
“The name Flora, is my dad’s surname and everything that is done in this business will be done in good faith, with good intentions holding dad’s name up in the stars! I love recruitment, I love people and I love learning. Setting up this business has meant that I can keep loving all those things but offer a service away from sales and making a genuine difference in the market. I got into recruitment to help people and having the opportunity to place individuals in new opportunities makes me feel accomplished. I love hearing that people I have placed have progressed or been promoted – knowing that I had a part to play in helping others is really a big thing to me.”
